Core Values

Why do we tend to do what we are expected to do?  If we weren't, why are we so afraid of being marginated from mainstream work and/or social activities?  Are we not supposed to be rewarded for standing up to our on core values and integrity?

Corporate World I believe that, in the corporate world, especially in government owned companies, leadership is poor.  No only because these are selected by friends or acquaintances, but also because those leaders chose to hire incompetent staff to make sure that their own shortcomings are not going to betray them, at least in the medium term.  Decisions are then taken by wannabes who are indeed professionals but, dare I say, professional amateurs.......

Friendship
If you can tell someone what that person is not willing to hear about, you are his friend. And if that person is still standing in front of you after you have finished talking, then that person is your friend (© Daniel J. Schlesinger).
